Sunday Open Gym starts at 12pm

*Open Gym is for members only who have successfully completed Elements and consistently trained for at least one month. Registration is required.

**By invite only. Member must demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency, perform movements as required and be injury free. If you feel you should be invited, please inquire with Mario.

+Required before attending any Strength classes. Session must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Drop-ins are only permitted to take CrossFit and Kettlebell classes.
